Amazon FBA seller FAQ

Amazon FBA fees in 2026 include a category referral fee (6–20%), a fulfillment fee by weight tier ($3.06–$6.10 for standard-size), a +3.5% Fuel & Logistics Surcharge on fulfillment, optional monthly storage ($0.87–$2.40/cu ft), and your PPC ad spend. This calculator models all of these per unit.

Starting April 2026, Amazon applies a +3.5% surcharge on top of your FBA fulfillment fee to offset carrier fuel and logistics costs. On a $4.25 fulfillment fee, that adds $0.15 per unit — most free calculators omit this line entirely.

FBA remains viable on SKUs with 25%+ gross margin and strong conversion, but fee increases compress margin 2–4 points vs 2024. Run your exact COGS and weight tier here — products under $15 with heavy fulfillment often lose money unless PPC ACoS stays below 25%.
